- Daily Dance Workouts: You will be sent a link to download the app for the challenge. Routines will be sent out daily by 7 am for you to complete by the end of the day. You will comment DONE to show completion.

Each day, you’ll do a quick food check-in to track how you're feeling, hold yourself accountable, and encourage others with food inspiration. Keep a log of what you’re eating, drink plenty of water, and make healthy food choices that will help you feel energized for your daily dance sessions.
- Daily Inspiration: Stay motivated with a daily dose of inspiration! Each day, you'll receive a quote or positive affirmation to keep you focused on your goals and celebrate your progress. Whether it's a reminder to believe in yourself or a fun dance challenge to conquer, this little boost will keep your energy high.
- Rest Days & Recovery Tips: It’s important to let your body recover, so we've included rest days and tips for active recovery. On these days, you can do light stretching, yoga, or even a fun, slow-paced dance session to help your muscles relax.
- Community Support: Connect with others taking the challenge! Share your progress, motivate each other, and celebrate your victories (big or small). Together, we’ll keep the energy up and the vibes positive.
